As the name says they cook their pizza in a wood fired, brick oven.
Bricks Sticks: Bread Sticks, Brushed with Roasted Garlic Olive Oil and Parmesan Cheese. served with Homemade Tomato Sauce.
A build your own pizza with: Bacon, Giardiniera, and Garlic. It was very good.
Jumbo 1/2 lb cookies, daily selections. This was chocolate chocolate chip. It was like a chewy brownie with chocolate chips in it, with that nice crackle coating on the outside.
If your in the mood for some wood fired pizza give this place a try. The crust is very good and lots of great toppings!

I had the Artichoke Pesto with Roasted Peppers: Sweet Basil Pesto, Oven Roasted Artichokes Hearts, Roasted Red Peppers, Garlic, Mozzarella, Provolone and Parmesan. I added chicken and goat cheese, and it was excellent.
If your in the mood for some wood fired pizza give this place a try. The crust is very good and lots of great toppings!
If I didn't live so far away from that place I would try it for dinner tonight.
